Circles begin with a theme and a related biographical question and evolve into conversation on the theme, perhaps guided by a passage by one of the great minds, such as Rudolf Steiner, Joan Didion, Maya Angelou, Ralph Waldo Emerson. Circles typically happen online, over a number of weeks or months, but may also occur (perhaps more intensively) in homes, churches, community centers, places of business, etc.

For those trained in biography work or those with a deep and lengthy background in the work of Rudolf Steiner and already active in their profession, who wish to develop a one-time event or an on-going process of biography work for a particular population. Examples include a pastor who wishes to offer biography work to her congregation or an attorney who wishes to integrate bio work into his practice of conflict resolution or a principle who wishes to lead the school faculty in biography work.
